Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers plain and chain-like rooms with crisp new white bed linen, large fluffy towels, and nice toiletries. While our initial room smelled of smoke and was dreary, after complaining, we were given a marginally better one, though still tired-looking. The service was decent overall, but we faced some difficulty with the English understanding. The location, though outside the ancient walls, was perfect for exploring Lugo and being close to the walled city. The dining experience had its hiccups with drinks machines not working and lukewarm scrambled eggs. However, traditional shabu-shabu at the coffee bar was a pleasant surprise. Facilities were adequate but not outstanding.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent - spacious, with good quality fittings, and spotlessly clean. The service was very accommodating and helpful, making it a top choice for travelers who need a relaxing stay. The location was very good for exploring the old walled town, despite being outside the ancient walls. The dining experience was good with plenty of choices, although it could be a bit pricey. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel.
The hotel offers a very clean and spacious room with crisp new white bed linen, large fluffy towels, nice toiletries, and good bathroom fittings. However, my room had not been made up by 3.30 when I returned for a rest, which was a downside. Overall, the room was very large and comfortable.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were excellent, spacious, with good quality fittings, but my initial room smelled of smoke and felt dreary. After a complaint, I was given a slightly better room, though still not ideal. The location was perfect for exploring the sights and central Lugo, but the dining experience was a disaster with issues like non-working drink machines and cold scrambled eggs. The service varied from having some difficulty with English understanding to being amazing. Despite these ups and downs, the hotel's location near the Roman walls and the friendly staff made my stay enjoyable.
The hotel offered beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean rooms, albeit a bit outdated; the service was friendly and helpful overall. The location, while close to the historic center, had ongoing construction noise during the day. The dining experience had some issues with service and ambiance. However, the facilities were satisfactory.
